Who is eligible to live at Anastasia Place?

We welcome adults who need a safe, stable and supportive place to rebuild their lives.

Is the home furnished?

Yes. All bedrooms and common areas are fully furnished to create a comfortable, peaceful and move-in ready environment.

What payment sources do you accept?

We accept SSI, SSDI, fixed income, government programs and private pay. Our goal is to make housing accessible and affordable for individuals rebuilding their lives.

Are there any rules or expectations for residents?

Residents are expected to keep their space clean, respect shared areas and follow community guidelines that support everyone’s well-being.

Can visitors come to the home?

Visitors are not allowed during designated hours to ensure the safety, comfort and privacy of all residents. We review our visitor guidelines during orientation.
